I've heard good thing about premier, but I've only used Final cut and i like it alot. It's honestly just so easy to use and simple to use and theres not a whole lot you cant do if you know what you're doing.

am I the only one that really hates premier?

I use vegas which I'm told is jerry software, but I like it cause it's similar to pro tools but for video.

I've heard Final Cut's been getting good recently but definitly, go for Premiere Pro. It'll take a couple hours to get used to everything but tbh, it's all pretty straightforward. Plus, you can always branch out to After effects and photoshop for the extra "pazzaz" in your edits when you start feeling extra creative. Just my thoughts but probs it'll all work out well no matter which program you choose. Cheers!

Final cut pro is much easier to use, and its a one time payment rather than a monthly subscription, but you will benefit from choosing premier because it's industry standard and there are more options. Not to mention you can branch out into other programs as stated above
