No such thing because spring. If the place doesn't have spring it's still probably cold as shit and has ice or times when it doesn't snow and the snow pack is frozen.
That said if you mean soft snow as in rideable snow a lot of places. A lot of places it's warm in the day, then shit freezes solid over night, but you can take some laps when it starts to get nice morning-mid day

Timberline in Oregon has the longest ski season in the us and has a ton of sick mtns near it

Berthoud pass and that area, berthoud has some pretty gnarly lines you can ski till July same with corona pass, when they melt out you got rmnp 40 minutes away
