Crystal?

I just got a job offer from Crystal Mountain and I'm looking for some info about the Resort. I pretty much only ski big mountain, and based on what I've seen so far it looks like there's some solid terrain inbounds for that. What do you guys think about Crystal, and how's the surrounding slackcountry/backcountry?
