"Quackenbush, an aspiring singer and songwriter who previously lived in Amarillo, Texas, has twice been accused of assaulting other women. One charge was dropped and the other is still pending in Texas.

In December, Quackenbush was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault causing bodily injury in Potter County, Texas.

A complaint accuses Quackenbush of striking another woman in the head with a drinking glass."

At first I was like, "nah, the homeless man is lying" and then I read that and thought, "nah, that bitch is crazy and being white, wealthy and an attorney as a father, she'll get away with recklessly shooting someone".

Im not sure i understand it, but she was charged with attempted felony murder and assault with a deadly weapon? Doesn't seem like the case has been closed from that document
