ZypheriNi got bought out a while back but they made some bomb ass pants. Just got some SweetProtection Supernaught bibs for this season so stoked on those. As for jackets, hoodie is it for me unless it's dumping or raining then I pull out the Arcteryx shell. Strafe has some dope jackets too though, worth a look
I heard from one of iNi's dealers that they weren't bought out, the investors just divested and moved all their money to Holden, so they technically still exist.
outerwear isn't super important to me. I've worn some North Face bibs for a while and replaced them with some saga ones this coming season. I usually wear military surplus rain shells over a hoodie or down mid-layer. The north face pants were pretty decent quality even though it was used, and I've heard the newer Saga stuff is pretty good (plus their colorways are infinitely better than a few years ago)
