Moving out west somewhere and looking for a pow ski, but I'm broke as fuck. Managed to find a few used pow skis in my area in decent shape, a 2011 pair of 192 bent chetlers and a 2013 pair of 185 armada jjs. Both come with fks 140s mounted, and are in decent condition, for approx the same price. I'm 6'2", 180lbs and a solid type 3 skier, currently riding 2012 rossi S3s. Looking for something that can charge crud and pow, but still be poppy and playful. Thanks guys.

I'm 190 and 5'10" I've been skiing on the 2013 JJs for years now. I'll use them in literally any condition. They're a little heavy but they\re super poppy and really flexible. They CRUSH all powder and they also do really well on groomers. Of all the pow skis that i've used they're also up there on some of the most responsive. They're my second favorite skies ever lol.

Just some input.
I have 2016 195 JJs that I love for the deep days. They are poppy and playful which you are looking for but they do get tossed around somewhat in chopped up snow and wouldn't be my first choice in looking for a "charger". Not impossible but you will definitely feel it in your legs after a couple of those laps.
I have not skied that year Chetler so I can't speak to how they perform.

I've skiid the chetlers. They kick ass in the chunder compared to pretty much every other freestyle pow ski I've rode. Pretty stiff but very poppy. Pm me if you have other questions.
155lb. And 5'10....ski them at squaw hard.
