Myself and 2 friends are looking for a room mate to move in as soon as possible. The rent is $526.25 a month each ($2105 total) + a $450 deposit where $400 is refundable, also depending on when you move in your rent for the month will be prorated. The rent includes the flat rate city utilities that our landlord requires us to pay. It's a 4 bedroom house near 1900 east and 2100 south. Great area and about a 10 minute drive to the University of Utah and very close access to the highway to go skiing. Currently the home doesn't have really anything inside and I'm the only one that's moved in. The other two live on the east coast and are coming out at the end of September but are paying for their share of rent still.
