Replying to Vehicle attack in Barcelona

There's been a possible terror attack in Barcelona, Spain. One or two vans hitting pedestrians on Las Ramblas, which is probably where many others here who've been to Barca have also set foot upon. Hit a bit close to home in this one since I have friends vacationing there at the moment.

I hope these don't become the norm around these parts, even this year we've had a lot of events that were previously largely open, but now walled with concrete stoppers or army trucks, "just in case".
