-arc-Buying skis without consulting the gear talk forum? Blasphemy!
DieselChevysI'm sorry I only have 47 chromosomes I'll do better next time
-arc-If we're bragging, I have 48.
DieselChevysI'd like to note I don't go too hard when I'm riding I can rodeo and misty but I rarely do them I stick mainly to rails and the jumps at my local resort aren't anything big
Swandog7How much you buy em for? Half the people who buy skis don't even set themselves up for success. People complain about edge cracks after 5-10 days because they don't fucking detune the edges. Detune your edges heavy if you ride a lot of rails. For a 300 dollar ski they should perform fine, nothing special. Take care of them, if you don't detune and shit every ski will fall apart quicker.
DieselChevysI'd like to say I have heard nothing but good reviews about these skis from local riders I dont ride too aggressively and I'm 5'3 and weigh 115 pounds

liamrashotteI'd put extra rivets in the tip and tail or else you're gonna delam real quick.
K-Dot.
tacolifeThey already have a couple and id be way more woried about the sidewall and edge that the tip delaming.
liamrashotteYes they already have a couple and they're shit that's why anybody you see actually riding an infamous that rides for atomic has 5 or 6 in the tip. Not saying the sidewalls are amazing but I doubt you're gonna have problems there first.
sanctuaryfreeThey are a price point ski - as long as you bear this in mind then there's nothing wrong with them.
You've already bought them... but next time I'd recommend getting a couple of laps on any ski before you buy - borrow from a friend, rent, demo fro ski store, whatever.
AveragePeteMy dude, I've been on the 15-16 Infamous all last season and brought it out to Hood this summer as well. It is definitely not the greatest ski in terms of durability but it isn't terrible. It's not overly stiff to ride nor does it lack pop. There's honestly nothing special about it but it's not too bad either. Really you'll have fun with whatever your shredding, the Infamous doesn't take away from that.
nxtyrsfulltiltsAtomic is infamous for
A: racing skis
B: the Bent Chetler
Anything else they make is $400 of mediocre
