Replying to Ski Press for sale!
Yup! My ski making life is now over and I gotta sell my press. It was a good ride and good time, but I gotta hand it over to the next person in line that wants to build a pair or 50 for this season and the coming ones!
This professionally made Ski Press was designed by an engineer and welded by a professional oil rig welder.
This press is capable of pressing 1 pair of skis or 1 snowboard per pressing cycle! Dimensions are 84" x 16" x 12"
Built with 1/4" steel tubing, it is capable of dealing with a huge amount of pressure!
Highly durable wheels that create the ability for the press to be mobile enough that one person can move it with ease!
This press has been wire brushed, then painted with anti-rusting paint, to prevent rust to corrode the steel!
The cost for the press will be $800.
I can add in some MDF wood for FREE to get your first molds cut out as well!
For an extra $400 each we can add two high quality silicone heating blankets designed specifically to fit this press! It comes with a with a built in type j thermocouple, ~2.5 watts per square inch, and a 20 foot extension cord that is capable of being compatible with many different controllers including PID (my best recommendation for a PID controller is the Omron EC5J). MSRP for these was $1200.
For an extra $200 I can add a 1/16" aluminum cattrack that goes the length of the press for equal pressure distribution along the entire way!
I am located in a pretty random place for a ski builder, Phoenix, Arizona, so if local pickup is not available for you to do it is possible to ship as well. The shipping will cost extra based on wherever you live.
