During the summer I have twice a week trampoline sessions at a gymnastics facility and recently I have been struggling with my imagination about what new tricks I should try.
I can already do spins up to 720 both ways with some grabs, cork 7s, frontflip, backflip layout, double backflip if I feel like trying it, flatspin 3 and 5 with some grabs, lincoln loops both ways, switch rodeo 5 both ways. Recently I have been trying some double cork 10s and 12s in the foam pit and sometimes i land them satisfyingly good but I still feel disorientated in the air and I just have to trust my muscle memory while being in the air. Also I have been trying to practise my balance on a beam doing different swap variations, 2 ons, etc because there is no chance for me to build a summer rail setup.
So I'm wondering what would you recommend me to try and learn on the trampoline that would be really helpful? I've been thinking about some cat twists and unnatural cork 7, unnatural flatspin and maybe some misties. Any other thoughts?
