Anyone else read through his autobiography? Just finished it up.
His early years were highly entertaining. Plus everything with his film company was pretty eye opening. Sucks that so many people try to take advantage of good people.
I didn't grow up watching his movies or anything but the man knows how to tell a story and seems to really have lived life to the fullest. Hearing a first hand account of the beginning of ski resorts in America just blows me away with how much progress has come about since the 40s.
I'm inspired by how much Warren attempted in his lifetime. It only makes me appreciate skiing more.

I havent read it, but I do keep track of his productions. Saw a few interviews and his lifetime achievement award speech.
This guy is the OG of skiing movies. Filmers always complain about the hard work they have to put in to making the best shots, but they will never put as much work as this guy put into each of his shots over 60 years. I dont know what else to say about the guy...maybe he made the biggest mark in skiing and his soul is permanently ingrained in the skiing community past, present and infinite future.
