North face anchor bibs in black size xl
Used for a season some small rips near the ankles but other than that theyre in great shape
2 layer TNF dryvent waterproofing, similar to gore tex 2L, kept me dry everywhere from utah pow and new hampshire rain

Yes there is a zipper with velcro flap over it
