Replying to Newschoolers monetization

why doesn't Newschoolers offer a monetization program for all content creators similar to YouTube? I know they said they gave 50% to certain creators a year or two ago and would roll out more but this never seemed to happen. It's pretty much a win for everyone because more money= more motivations for creators to create higher qualtity and more content which = more high quality videos on ns= more money for ns (offsets the cost to pay 20-30% ad revenue) and happier viewers. Obviously it isn't this simple so someone tell me where I'm wrong. The only thing I see wrong with it is that it kind of gets rid of the fun of making a video just to make it.
