Replying to Height adjustable fks 180 toe piece?

I was wondering on peoples thoughts on a 3d printed height adjustable toe piece for the fks 180. It seems to be the only high selling binding to lack this feature and have CAD experience and access to a 3d printer. I think this is doable, and the plastics used are extremely durable. I was thinking about making a 2 piece system with a ramp, and then tapping a hole to put a screw in to adjust height. Any idea on a good way to test the release safety of it?
