GrantLewisIsDNTMI literally always thought it was just so you didnt scratch up the graphic, I'm now realizing that because the board is convex, there is an extremely small part that is actually sliding on a surface (higher possibility of rocking/sliding out), but put a rail or two in and you have 2 contact points, making it so you don't rock/slip out as easy. tomatonaterAre skateboard deck rails just trendy or are they actually useful? I've seen a lot of people using them so eh why not try them? Anybody have anything to say about em?
