Listen to this then reassess your views on the company, they may be expensive but i'm not sure you are assuming the target audience.

MalczykWe (LINE) does not sell directly to them (which is probably the case for most brands) but you can see some of our products on there from our dealers like a lot of other stuff you buy from "amazon" buy are actually buying from an independent store.
In our dealer policy (the agreement we have with shops in order to carry our gear) we let agree that they still need to adhere to our pricing structure so they're not screwing over the rest of the dealers by blowing everything out with off-price gear.
Summary: buy from a local shop, they're the lifeblood of skiing. If the deal seems too good to be true, it probably is.
