I've never skied east coast but from what I've heard the J Skis All Play sounds like it would suit you down to the ground

Real silver is definitely the way to go, it also depends on the brand of butter you use.

Sledneck Turbo uses

While Keegsmon uses

but if those brands are too expensive for you make sure you never buy this one

But the new meta isn't learning how to butter on a competent ski, it's too find a ski that compromises the factors that make a good ski to make up for lack of ability.

get skis with two tips on them. if you don't suck, you can butter anything.

If you are a crap skier and want to improve, do a bunch of pushups and squats before you go to bed every day until you put on a few kilos and start skiing a lot of park, trying new shit and getting rek'd on stainless steel. You'll get good fast, and you'll come home with lots of bruises. Worth it
