DeepskierAlso the first 2 times I hit S rails I ended up nutting and dying until I meet this kid Brendan and he throws down and we matched up a ton it was mad nice going from skiing alone all the time or with flakey mogul skier friend (im on the mogul and park team so) but he just told me quit being a bitch and do it and I learned the S rail and a ton of shit, more in my 2 or 3 days riding with him than most of the season I think. But learning is exponential from confidence. Idk why I told you this but im just vibbin on some shit rn, get some inspiration from this. Hmu for more inspired stories.
The.FishYea i went from only hitting ride on rails for the first 2 months of the season to hitting every rail in the park except the ones where the rail is atleast 2-3 feet above the kicker because I personally think that is too much effort. So basically, i went from 1-2 hits in my run to 5 usually (we have a 200ft vertical.) I learned c rails, down flat down rails, waterfall rails, and skinny hand rails in the same afternoon... the only reason why was because there was an awesome vibe there. I even snuck in one of my first front 270 outs on the waterfall.

BrawnTrendsThis. Also, more speed means you'll land further down the rail, which means it will be lower than your take off point. Just look at skateboard or blading street edits.
