A friend of mine got in a horrible car crash today after coming home from graduation at Gonzaga.
They hydroplaned due to some bad weather and road conditions, hit a pole, and then rolled her car with her friend in it twice. Luckily they were both wearing seatbelts and the car being packed full of their gear cushioned the roll therefore not crushing them.
Sadly, with the gear being used as a cushion device, lots of it was destroyed. The main object being destroyed was her brand new Liberty Skis, snapping at the tail making them totally unusable now.
My friend and I felt that the least we could do to try to make his sister feel better was to cop her a new pair of skis. We are currently looking for good deals on new ladies skis, around a 165 or shorter. We are not sure what kind of shape the bindings are in so if anyone has any ideas on those that would be great as well.
Good vibes would be appreciated also!
Attached some photos of the car and remember to always wear your seat belts, this accident would have had much worse results had they not been wearing their seat belts.
