Song with distortion

Ok so I found a song I am pretty into but the kick or whatever bass note is fucking distorted and that suck. Could be on purpose I guess but thats dumb. I am listening with headphones so I dont think its on my end, also listen in my car and it was goin down in there too. Any way to fix it?
