Not necessarily mine but to make a more stable heel pocket what I did was cut a sponge in a sort of U-shape and duck taped er to the structure of my boot which pushed the my liner out over my heel to keep er down. I did it a little north of my heel though and it was pushing on my achilles for a whole day which was not good.
