Hit up your local Goodwill.

I love Virtika's Outerwear because of how warm and waterproof it is. The only down side is that the sizing is weird. Just measure your old shit then compare to what you buy.

Saga is awesome but I feel like their Waterproof to Insulation ratio is wack. Their most waterproof jacket (Monarch 3L) is just a shell while their isnulated jacket (Mutiny) only has a 10k rating.

Take this response wiith a grain of salt because I live in Buffalo NY where it rains just as much as it snows. I find waterproofing to be very important.

The higher rating is less insulated because its what people wear when it's slushy and hot out.
