Disneynature thread

So I just saw the new disneynature movie on earth day and I thought it was amazing. Now I'm looking to find the other ones, and I'm wondering if these ones are similar. In the movies the animals have problems that seem so human like. Do you guys think that these documentaries are "based on nature" or do you think these are hardcore nature guys that just truly witnessed these amazing shots?

This is breeding the type of people that put baby bison in the back of a SUV because it looked cold.

Yeah... I mean I can understand why Disney keeps things cuddly for the younger audience they have, but no need to send the wrong message either.

I love watching any wildlife documentary, even the Disney ones. But I grew up knowing that bears kill and bison are not cold. Those damn tourists.

I know thats real because I've seen a few of those before.. but holy hell. That almost seemed fake from how dramatic that was hahahahaha. That last blow put that giraffe on his girASS!!!!

It's actually insane what I see tourist do near animals on a daily basis like trying to pet mountain sheep which carry many diseases, crossing between a baby elk and its mother, attempt to approache a black bear, Asian tourist attempting to take selfies with wild animals with selfie sticks, etc...

It's quite shocking to see and I always try to tell them that you shouldn't do that and why. Most thank me for telling them but others either don't seem to belive me because they think they're smarter than me or straight up have a death wish...
