Wondering if anyone has any input on where to get wakeskis? I know about overtons and straight from stereo and HO. Looking for other options, can't find shit on eBay either.

Saw somebody selling a pair in the Sell and Trade Forums. As and avid wake-boarder, i think wake skis are sick considering normal water skiing kinda sucks. My only concern is the bindings. Do they give enough support to turn the skis? Also, there is a release mechanism? I twisted my knee on normal water skis, which would be super bad if I was trying to jump the wake.

Also saw that post in S/T, definitely peaked my interest. I'm in the same boat (ha.). Been slalom waterskiing and wakeboarding/wakesurfing since I was a kid. Then I got really into skiing once I moved to CO so this seems like a sweet way to take the more playful approach from alpine skiing to the water.
But yeah the potential for knee injury is sketchy. Definitely not a fan of having your foot locked in, so I don't know how easy it is to slip your feet out of those boots.
