Hey guys, I ride about 70 percent park and 30 all mtn. I have pow skis so there's no need for and all mtn ski. However I would like a ski that can handle the crud when i'm riding park.
I am at a very small mtn so I don't hit big stuff often but I'd still like a ski that can handle 30' 40'. I currently ride Vishnu Wets. I love them to death and they are the funnest lightest ski I've ever ridden, but they are too soft for a lot of the new stuff i'm getting into, like stupid soft. I front flipped a couple times on them and stomped it however my head scrapes the ground on take off because the skis are noodles.
I still want to be able to butter but i'd like something more on the poppy side, so I can nollie without worrying about face planting. I like the chronics but I think they'd be to stiff for me, I only weigh 150ib so it takes effort to butter a stiff ski. So i'm asking you guys to see what you ride or what you'd suggest. Think super light, flexy, and poppy (i know its hard to have both).
