Replying to Fat-ypus M5 thoughts/ski sizing

Hey ya'll, I've been looking at the Fat-ypus M5 as a DD here in the PNW and they seem to be pretty cool. The problem is I can't find much about this model. I will be skiing tight trees, heavy powder/crud, open bowls, and steeps. Does anyone have any experience with these skis? As a side note, I would be getting the Athlete Stiffness option (20%+)

Now about the size... I'm 6'2" and 195lbs. and the biggest size the ski comes in is a 188. For skiing tighter trees/steeps do you guys think that any bigger of a ski would be a hassle to throw around or should I look at another ski and size up? I would greatly appreciate some insight.
