Tips for cork 7

this season I started doing flips. I landed a rodeo 5 yesterday, and really wanna progress to the cork 7, but don't know how to approach it. should I set the spin the same way as my rodeo or what? thanks

I reccomend a slightly larger jump. Somewhere above 30 feet (if this isn't an option, then corks are possible on 20 footers) Be super patient on the takeoff, you'll have plenty of time. Do NOT set it like a rodeo 5 (they are very different rotations), becuase a cork 7 is closer to a spin rather than a flip. Pop super hard, and set the rotation like you would on a trampoline.

ive done cork on a small as like 10-15 footer, but get around a 20-30. don't set the same as a rodeo you lean the complete opposite direction. i usually set wide stance and (spin to the left) i drop my left shoulder while basically just going for a 720. try on tramp first tbh.

Rodeo is pretty much the opposite set of a cork. I wouldn't recommend setting them the same unless you want to do another rodeo.

isn't it the same rotation except more of a spin than a flip ?

if you're spinning left, you drop your left shoulder off the jump to cork, right shoulder to rodeo

That was absolutely not a rodeo 5. It was more of really flipy cork 5, just watch a bunch of youtube trick tips on both and you'll be able to tell them apart easily.

This first one is a flat five or backflip 180 kinda hard to tell

The first trick in this edit is a text book rodeo five (Plus watch the whole thing it's my fav edit of all time. It's what got me into skiing and they're a ton of dope tricks to learn in it.)

wut? It's obviously an underflip which is 90-lincoln loop-90

Yeah you're right, but if you set a cork 5 really hard it basically turns into an underflip I'd say

thats a really flippy cork 5/underflip not rodeo 5.

If you spin to the right is it still a cork if ur doing the rotation of a cork and not a rodeo
