WTT Canon 50mm 1.4

I went from the 17-40 to the Sigma 18-35 f/1.8. Was not impressed with the lens. Sure, it's waterproofed, but that's the only thing that makes it L quality IMO. The sharpness is not great, even at like f/8. The 18-35 is going to be in a similar price range and focal range. Sharpness is equal if not better to my Canon 70-200 f/2.8 L. That Sigma is stunning.

Thank you for the advice! I hadn't gotten around to watch any reviews on it yet so thank you for letting me know what to expect. I don't have any money right now so all I can really do is trade the gear that I don't really use for lenses and stuff I would use. If i had $500 to shell out for the 18-35, I would do it in a heartbeat. I haven't heard one bad thing about that lens. But if you know anyone that wants to trade a mid zoom for a 30mm 1.4 let me know! lmao
