should I just send the front swap faster and bounce off with the 4 out, or front swap, take time pop off the rail ?

On rails that are closer to the ground i usually do the front swap pretty early, then wind up and spin the 4 out, and on taller rails i just do the front swap a little later, then let my momentum carry me around to 4 after popping off the rail. Either works. Letting your momentum carry you is probably a little easier

If when you're doing a super fed you're spinning unnatural, try doing it the other way. Practice sliding unnatural, so that you'll be spinning your natural way. After your switch up, it'll be just like a regular back 4.

This. Learn that unnatural front swap then the 4 is super easy. I had unnat supers before regular

do a bunch of k feds then just do another but huck a little harder and you'll get it. Good luck

Go faster and wind up more for the spin on a smaller rail, on a taller rail go fast but dont wind up as much because when you do the 450 off a tall rail with a drop off it is fairly easy to spin off of
