eheathThis is so far from true, unless you only measure a 'good job' is based on your salary.
Pipe_MunkyThey exist but it comes down to what the OP defines as a "good job". If they're talking making 6 figures a year in the ski world, that's not likely going to happen. If they're looking for a job that they love to go to everyday and are ok with not making huge money, they do exist but sometimes it can be hard to make ends meet.
If you're looking for a job just to be in the ski industry, you likely won't find it. My advice would be to find a field of work outside of the ski industry that you love and makes you happy. Once you've found it, do everything you can to relate it back to the ski world. This way if you don't find something in the ski industry, you will still have a career you love. If you manage to relate it back to skiing, then you've accomplished something and you've got something you truly love.

Working in the ski industry is about enjoying your job, not making money. If you just want to make money, study computer science/programing/etc and get a job in silicon valley.
That being said, the ski industry is full of "dream jobs" you just have to start low on the totem pole to make it up there, takes time and living on the absolute minimum, but it can be very worth it.
