The links in that don't work, but the descriptions are still good.
People call rodeos, flat spins, and bios the same thing any more. There is a difference but no one seems to care.

kung_powpowBio is a forward off axis spin, while a cork which is a backwards off axis spin. The definition between flat and rodeo is blurred especially at flat 5/rodeo 5. A flat 3 are more diffcult than they seem and a "true" rodeo 3 doesn;t exist IMO. A lot of people say flat 3 when it is really just a wackflip because it's an off-axis backflip. Rodeos are slightly more inverted than flats since feet never go above your head on a true flat spin
