corndogGoonI forgot my good pair of skis at my condo and i only have a pair of skis at my house that need to be waxed in the worst way by the time the snow storm hits on tuesday. Any wax suggestion?
ZeMagnificentKevApparently some people have used candle wax, with mixed results. I know it seems expensive but just buy a big stick of the cheapest ski wax, Its worth it and itll last a long time. Bought a bar and base repair sticks like 4 years ago, still going strong. And if you're cheap you can put a tarp down or something collect all your scrapings.

Maybe try straight parafin wax, or boil it to get it more firm.
