Can't Do Grabs With Spins

you have to be patient on the takeoff, then after you fully left the ground and are at around 90 then reach down and grab.

Best bit of advice I ever got was to relax and breathe out before take off.

Think about it this way, you have two huge airbags in your chest, if they're full of air you're going to struggle with movement and it'll keep you upright, empty those airbags and suddenly you'll be way more supple, and feel more relaxed as well.

Also bring your feet to your hands not the other way round.

Thanks for the advice, I'll try it out. I just can't seem to bring my knees up

Bring your skis to your hand not your hand to your skis

Get really comfortable spinning, try taking off carving, and take your time spinning letting you spot the ground. Eventually the grabs will be right there and come naturally.
