HG skis

As far as HG goes, I have had the 178 Stinger and am currently on the 182 El.
I'm 6'3 180 and not the most aggressive skier. The 178 stinger was amazing for me in the park hitting rails. I don't hit many jumps so I can't speak to how they are with that, but I imagine they can handle it because of their camber profile. The length never felt too short to me either. I put over 100 days on those skis. Lost some edge in the tip and tail from smashin into stuff but underfoot was just some edge cracks that never pulled out.

I moved on to the El in 182 this year because I wanted something wider and these were actually lighter than their designated park skis. I figured i wouldnt have any issue popping my lipslides with a wider ski if it were lighter and that has proven to be tru this year. I've got probably 30-40 days on these so far. In the park and in the streets a bit. There are a few edge cracks but nothing that looks like it'll cause problems. The ski itself is very fun. I feel like I have so much control and stability at higher speeds. I don't flex my skis much but trying to get better with nose butters on these hasn't been a struggle.

Thanks for the output on them man!! Deffs want to help the community out by fucking with the little brands that build quality over quantity

skis will be the same size and there may be a slight price increase but other than that, graphics are gonna be at an all time high and the quality and durability is unmatched.

178 ---> 181 is barely a noticeable difference, especially on a full cambered ski. Just grab the 178s, if they made a different size the jump between sizes would most likely be a lot more than 3cm.

this is true. but so many people have it in their heads that if the ski is NOT bigger than x size, that they wont have fun/be able to ride it. even though the difference from 178-181 would be unnoticeable.

Ma dudes it's just cause I've been on 173 libtech tranny nas and they feel short as fuck so like you said 3 cents is not much a difference so how would 5 cm be a difference that's why I thought 181 would be my ideal size but if y'all boys saying this shit dope I'll take your word on it

They get their skis in Canada. I know this year they linked up with a customer in quebec before bringing all the skis across the boarder. Probably hit them up directly with your question and see what they can do for you.

I have owned the Stinger and Transfer and the Stinger will do what you want it to. 178 with that much camber and that large of a platform will not leave you feeling like you are missing anything.

As for the price, I know they were running seriously low on stock. They might have a couple pairs left, but would want to save them for warranties or something so they make the price unrealistic unless someone REALLY wants a pair.

Got a pair of Transfers lined up for next year and I am beyond hyped.
