Catching tips throwing blind 270s

I've got a really annoying problem. I somehow catch my tips every time I throw a back 2. Has anyone else had the same problem? Also some notes this doesn't happen during a k-fed.

I pop near the end of the rail keeping my knees straight, to get my tips as much clearance as they need.

pop n stay on axis, pedal with your toe and use your shoulders to pull the 2 through

catching tips on the rail? i used to do this. It means that your spinning off the side a little bit instead of spinning off the end. Wait a bit longer and pop a bit more. it just takes time
