Wet boots

after every day, the inside of my boots are soaking wet. they are the nordica patron boots, if anyone can relate. any tips as to keep them dry?

Try a spray deodorant with an anti antiperspirant on your feet before you ski. I do this touring/hiking and it seems to work pretty well. I do have a friend that didn't react well to the antiperspirant and he had a little bit of discomfort between his toes for an hour or so, I'd recommend testing it out at home first the day before or something just in case. As suggested above, a good pair of socks makes a world of difference too if you're prone to sweaty feet.

Put newspaper in them overnight. It might also be worth it to buy one of those little boot dryers. I just put mine next to the fire and they're usually good to go the next day

Use a fan. I pull my liners out everyday and take them home with me. I put me gloves, goggles and liners in front all night. No hot air, just circulated room temp air. Plus i like the hum when i'm sleeping. Another benefit of 3 piece boots (Dalbellos, Full tilts) ease of liner removal.

Have you not heard of a boot dryer? You might be able to find them at your local ski shop

Mine are usually pretty wet after a full day of skiing. I just pull the liners out and leave them by the radiator.

Use baby powder. It has a natural cooling property, which will help to eliminate sweaty odours and naturally absorbs moisture.

A light/medium weight merino-wool ski sock works well for odour resistance and breathability as well. Both of these together will keep your feet dry and fresh all day.

Another thing that works if you don't do it for too long or hot is just a blow dryer if you don't wanna buy a boot dryer, just pull out the liners and dry em after going on the hill, also it is real nice to give them a nice couple sec dry before putting them on for the day to have them a bit warm. Just have to be careful to make sure you do not make it all to hot and what not

I used to have Patrons and can relate. You can see all the moisture too since the shell is transparent. As was said, thin socks are a must. I've used a Peet Dryer for years now and it works great. Best part is that it only dries via heat, meaning it doesn't have a fan, so it won't stink up the room that it's in. 10/10 would recommend.

Happens to me with full tilts, just take out the liners at the end of the day and put them near a vent.

Duck tape the cracks at the front of the boot. Just like the racers do.

We can learn something from every genre of skiing lol

I can related as well, and if you can't afford any of these products for now or even own a fireplace in the meantime just standing them on top of a heating vent works, just takes awhile. Or if you just have rad-style heaters or the smaller hotel esque ones just angle them so they catch the heat.

Yes, the main reason why feet freeze in cold weather is the excess sweating from your feet. There is not much you can do to prevent it, except controlling body temperature.
When you get home, pull out your liners and ventilate them. I use a UV lamp for gloves and a boot blower for the liners. Its important to keep them dry or else they will start to smell funky.

Put them on the passenger side floor board of your whip on the way home and turn the foot heater on... Also works if you forget and leave in the ride over night to do on the way to the hill.

Take the liners out, throw 2 dryer sheets in each toe (wetness and smell) and stuff newspaper into em. Should dry em right up

ive got full tilts and i have a boot dryer so i take my liners out and dry them with regular air, not hot.

adding onto this, if you also wanna place silicone gel packets in your lines after you take them out, that can absorb a lot of the moisture in your liners as well. You can find them packaged in just about every item ever that should be dry, so easy to find and free!
