Is a 450 on a summer setup doable?

I can front 4. I learned it in 3 solid hours of hiking a flat tube. My speed wasn't even that good but I got it around. The tube was about a foot and a half off the ground, and it had no drop off. Is it doable on a PVC rail on my setup? My rail is 16" high.

I could do back 4s off mine. I had a pretty good amount of speed coming off of it and it was about a foot off the ground.

That being said, it's a good way to tear your ACL (for my setup at least). It really fucking hurts when you keep spinning on the grass after you land and still have some speed. Make sure your landing is made out of some good material.

lol thanks, yeah definitely doable. Just jump high and set hard.

It's doable for sure, it's just that it's frustrating. You don't have that much speed, so most of the time your skis will clip in the rail

you didn't spend hours on hours building a set up just to wimp out

or buy rollerblades - all you have to do is strap them on and boom! you can journey off your property and see a little bit of the real world haha

oh I thought you meant a 450 onto a rail on a summer setup.

A 4 out is definitely possible but pretty hard. Your rail must have an adequate drop and you must have enough speed to bring it around. Can't do it on a tiny 6 in tall rail in the summer

Build a bigger dropin, and make a cannon rail. Anything is possible with enough speed.

Im gonna put pvc on my dropin for my setup. Cheapest option for me and i think itll be better than turf. Turf on jump tho. How tall should i make it? Im 5 6 and 140 pounds if that helps.

Get turf or carpet landing. I had a tarp landing and it isn't much better than grass

5ft, with a drop in ramp of somewhere around 50-55ish degrees, I think. Definitely steeper than others. Then it mellows out to the kicker
