.lenconPretty much... probably gonna try to find some used ONeP. Really cant justify spending full price for a tour set up since thats only a fraction of my days.
Whatever.. I have til next winter to figure it out.
Profahoben_212Hit up reid. Also....tgr man. Always awesome touring set ups for cheap. Got my Billy goats there and my praxis touring set up
.lenconYeah I always see good deals there for sure.. but in still not gonna buy until next season. I need to make some other purchases first.
What brands does Reid's shop carry?
lawsWould anyone be interested in some older 14/15 kartels in fucking insain shape like so fresh no core shots and probably the dopest top sheet they have made IMO PM me for more info and picks, they have look pivots on em that I would only sell if he price is right
Chubz.ill buy them back off you
lawsI ended up trading them, they jut weren't for me.
Murphy802Lol still rockin' multiple pairs of Presters over here. Favorite ski ever!
Mr_pretzelAnyone from the factory want to talk about the difference in the customs when it comes to using less carbon or the softer 19oz glass?
Thanks!
The referenced post has been removed.
voy10I copped a pair of 2017 Magnuses in June. Do they soften up over time? There pretty hard to flex good by hand.
.lenconHmmm I might need to pick up a pair of K108 with a pink, pillow fight, or grizzlycorn topsheet.
Kinda wondering if I should get a softer carbon with that as well.
RodiganWas thinking same thing, any reviews on the ski with softer carbon?
iggyskierSofter Glass + Stock Carbon is the ticket.
RodiganK108 C&D topsheet, green sidewall, softer glass and stock carbon. Trigger pulled.
voy10Any word on the wierd edge thing that Magnus had on the gram story a couple of months ago? Here's a link to the thread which had a picture. What's on3p cooking up?

Chubz.had k106
Want new on3ps
Have Vishnus for my park ski
Kinda wanna go custom k108 but I'd like to have a super well built park ski that can rip ass anywhere on the mountain and handle pow and I feel like k98's aren't wide enough since I've had the 106's
Decisions decisions...
Jesse_+1 for custom 108s
Chubz.That's what I'm leaning towards
Now to justify spending a thousand dollars on skis
Might save a few hundred extra and get a veneer top sheet
Jesse_Man, local shop said I have to wait till October before I can get some kartels lol. Eh whatever hill opens in November anyway.
They commended me on my excellent choice and interest in on3p.
PowTronWe would love you to buy from one of our shops, but you also can order direct from us and we have Kartels in stock now :)
Chubz. Was this a one time thing?
What are the odds of getting the eagle or dragon from the kartels on a veneer top sheet? These are unreal
RparrAre flex numbers an industry standard or do they vary between companies? I've been riding armada bdogs for years but I want something that is a bit stronger under my feet now, they're absolute noodles and always have been. I am stuck between the magnus and kartel 98, I think the kartel might be too big of a jump in the opposite direction (stiff) for me.
SofaKingSickyeah flex ratings vary a lot, theyre notoriously inconsistent between companies. hell, im not even convinced that within a company's line theyre always very reliable
Crispy. To someone from ON3P, do you guys recommend further detuning of the Magnus' edges prior to rail skiing or should the factory detune be sufficient?
BWalmerI always add an extra detune to my park skis before hitting rails. I found that it really extends the life of the edges in the long run.
