Softest park ski?

I've rode 2015 al dente's for 2 years now (by far my favorite ski i've ever ridden) but sadly they're delaminating at the tips. Are there other skis as flexy or even more soft than the dente's?

Line Honey Badgers are basically noodles. But the softer the ski, the easier they can de-lam.

Brule.Line Honey Badgers are basically noodles. But the softer the ski, the easier they can de-lam.


I've also heard of people snapping them...

Vishnu's look pretty soft based on what I've seen and because of how rockered they are.

I can verify from the way simon knight skis that the Vishnu Wet is indeed one of the softest park skis on the market at the current moment. I'm always in awe at the things that he can do on them...it looks like he's riding on trampolines its actually nuts haha. he was also on the al dente prior to getting on vishnu and his riding style was amplified by his vishnus. buy vishnus!!

I like to peel the bases and edges off and glue the bindings directly to them. Can't get core shots if you don't have cores!

I'd rock a pair of Vishnu's any day if I could only get my hands on a pair.

I've heard the wets aren't the softest ski out there but they're still excellent for buttering.

I've never skied them but from what I've read and heard they're about the same flex as the al dentes with more play/less stiffness in the tails. OP was asking for skis as flexy or more flexy than al dentes. I may be wrong. I guess I could've left them off that list and put the b dogs instead

not that soft out of the box imo, more like a medium flex. after they're broken in they get a really nice soft flex

i doubt it. no denying it's a pretty soft ski but the dente came about as an arv (when there was only an arv 96) with a couple tweaks, and im pretty sure the only tweaks at that point were adding nose rocker and making them a little softer

This is basically the list without the bdog which is actually softer than the aldente maybe drop the arv but its all opinion. Vishnu wet though is the softest ski I know of.

I ride the K2 Shreditor 102 in the park. They have some wicked rocker making them really easy to butter if you center mount them and overall really REALLY soft. plus they can shred the rest of the mountain too

My brother got a pair of Line Blends, I got a pair of Vishnu Wets.

The Vishnu handflex, especially right out the box, is stiff. The blends are fucking soft right away.

But by no means are the Vishnus stiff. They are so soft when you ski, and they just keep getting softer. Like its actually insane. With the Vishnu's, they are soft on both the tip and tail. The Blends are stiff at the tail. Near the end of the season, the Vishnu's were still getting softer.

One VITAL difference that I noticed is that the blends are like fucking noodles. They don't snap back and its actually kind of hard to do things on them that you would think would be easy. Plus they're wider and pretty fucking heavy. The Vishnu's are like rubber bands. They resist you a bit as you flex them which is perfect and they snap back when you want them too. Only problem I had with my vishnu's was they delammed after 5 days of skiing at breck with no park. Seems I am the only one with the problem though. I rivetted them at all 4 ends 3 times and epoxied them every other week but the delam kept getting worse.

Honestly though the point is, don't judge a ski just by handflex. The Blends lack any snap and resistance when buttering.

true. its taken me the whole season to break in mine, now they're sick. buttering was a shitshow at first
