I've been aggressively riding park for 2 years now and I've rocked my goggles under my helmet and had the ear pads off. My friend however has been riding park the same amount of time I've had but he rocks his goggles over with the ear pads off, when I tell him wear your goggles under and take the pads off he rants to me and says how gay it is to rock goggles under and how no one does it and how you look like a gaper with them under. The truth is every park rider rocks goggles under, it just looks more steezy. What are your guys opinions?
Probably more of a personal preference more than anything, doesn't "really" matter.
Personally, I choose to put my goggles under my helmet, started doing that around age 14? I don't have a goggle clip on the back of my helmet anyways and that would make for a bad day to have them come off.
It is so much easier to avoid a gaper gap with them under the helmet, it also feels less like my face is getting squeezed. The only con is that the strap can make my ear sore occasionally and you have to tilt your helmet if you don't want to wear them. I usually only rock goggles when the guns are on or if its sunny.
Over all the way. I like taking my goggles off on the lift without having to tilt my helmet back and worry about it falling off. Goggles under to me just look like you worry too much about how you look
Goggles under the helmet looks way cooler, but I can't do it. My goggle strap and go down towards my upper neck without the goggles falling off down. I have to wear them under my helmet all the way and I always get horrible headaches from it. Ever since I've stopped skiing with goggles, my headaches have gone away.
Bruh if you can type on a keyboard you can make decisions for yourself for how and what you wear. If people hate on it, screw em including your jack ass friend

Well its not the only option... i have plenty of friends who wear goggles over their helmet and are pretty good. One can nose butter 4 onto a rail. Nobody really cares how you dress, its about how you ski and act.
I used till have mine over my helmet, till I lost them when the fell off..
I've always had them underneath from then on but it really is personal preference
I also think goggles under looks way better but I just cant seem to get it to be comfortable. Have to go over the helmet and usually put my hood up over it all.
Over the helmet. When you crash hard they seem to stay in place better if they fit with your helmet properly. And if you aren't in the park nobody gives you a hard time if your goggles are over your helmet.

Honestly I go with the goggles under when I feel like a park rat but if i'm ripping around the mountain with occasional laps then I have goggles over This is mostly because it looks strange carving or going in the woods with park style.
