Is this a cork 360?

Ive been trying to learn cork 3s, i think im close but i cant tell if im doing it right. I feel like if i had a larger jump it would be better but its coming to the end of the season and the jump has gotten pretty small and mellow. almost looks like you got a shifty in it. you skis were ahead of your body for a chunk of the rotation before bringing them back.

I wouldn't call it a cork. but it's a little bit off axis.

On a jump like that there isn't a steep takeoff to get corked naturally off it. To do a true corked 3 off that tiny jump you'd have to throw it like a Lincoln loop.

3 things that I feel help cork 3's are:
1. Carve the take off
2. Drop your shoulder
3. Bring your knees up to your chest

i feel that hopefully next year ill try them on a real more poppy jump

It looks like you are dragging your hand, so my guess is its a hand drag three, which can be done by not going very off axis.

Cork 3. You see them caled in games if slvsh by pros who do them just like you.

yeah im just using the hand drag to help set me off axis as i am still learning and also like i said the jump isnt poppy at all and pretty small. Hopefully next season when the jump is fresh i can do it

I always thought that was kinda bs, on defense maybe but I don't think it counts unless you're properly corked. I've also noticed that a lot of times they'll call a switch cork 7 and the other person will do a straight switch 7 and it counts, which I always thought was odd bc cork 7 is easier than regular imo (I can only do on tramp, not on snow though so idk)

Grab safety, hold the position and it'll be a lot more clear that it's a cork 3.

You've got it now just get some style in it.

Style and execution counts a lot. Never leave a trick in its shady state - get it kicked down with a sick grab, Or even just a really locked off body position with no flail.

It it will be way more clear what you're doing and people will just think it's dope vs discussing whether it is one thing or not.
