Replying to Can someone walk me through a cork 7?

I can do 3's, switch 1's, some rails, 2 off (sometimes) and a backie. I tried a misty 5 but can't throw forward very well so I thought maybe I would learn a cork 7 since there is little danger of landing on your head and I'm pretty much willing to wreck every other part of my body to add such a cool looking trick. I'm not very good on the trampoline so not sure I will ever really get it down on the tramp but thought if someone could walk me through the trick so I better understood the mechanics I might be willing to huck it on a pow day. Balls I have, skills I don't :/
