SPK_Just look back at the transition like if you would do a 180 and land on your belly. Then it's just reaching a grab, follow on the momentum you had when you threw the rotation and spot the landing. That first 180 might feel too slow, but it's right after, when you're grabbing, that it actually spins.
Think of it like a standing backflip: it doesn't spin until you grab your legs (if you huck it. Of course it will spin without grabbing on a 100 footer).
Try to get a big jump, but most importantly a jump you're comfident on.
