Replying to Dalbello Kryptons???
I was wondering if Dalbello kryptons would be a good fit for me? I'll try to make this as short as possible. My calf is a little higher set and my ankles are extremely narrow along with my heel. This year I decided to size down my boots after riding a "normal size". I got a pair of 25.5 Lange RX 130 lv, I usually ride 26.5. The boots have packed out a little and now i have no heel/ankle retention. This always seems to be an issue for me. I have moved my buckles over and tightened them to the last notch only on the cuff buckles not the lower 2. This seems to crush my lower shin region in all the wrong places while still not securing my ankles. When I flex my boots and lock into a turn my ankles move in my boot and when i hit something and occasionally get a little back on my skis my feet slide forward. This is really fucking annoying. I have been to the same experienced bootfitters probably 7 different times this year and they keep putting material in my boots and taking some out and moving it around. I ended up putting old intuition liners in my boots. They do take up a good amount of room and help a bit, but this is a temporary solution. Will Kryptons/lupos secure my ankles and heel solving my problem? Should I get them?
