Surface Skis shipping??

ordered a pair of surface outsiders from the causewell website that surface is teamed up with last friday and I have not been shipped yet. Ive heard they take a while to ship and I was jw if that is true. I have tried calling emailing and dm them on instagram. Anybody experience this?

When I got New Life's a few years ago, I don't think I got a tracking number, or got the wrong tracking number or something like that (I forget exactly, but there was some kind of issue). They were hard to get a hold of, but then they showed up. I don't think I waited a super long time, but I didn't like not knowing what was going on.

That said, they were worth any waiting.

thats what Im thinking, I have heard they take a while to ship. Their website has no info on what days of the week they ship their orders and ther voicemail box if full. Not to big of a deal Im sure they will come it would just be nice to have a time frame

I have emailed them two or three times in the past with random questions about their skis and they've always responded.

They're probably out skiing.

OP has received no confirmation about his shipping which has caused him to think up irrational thoughts and situations in which he will not receive his skis, even though subconsciously he knows they will come. This has manifested into severe anxiety and a need to refresh his email every 5 minutes. The longer he waits the worse his situation becomes until eventually he has a nervous breakdown and loses his sanity.

Other than that OP considers himself to be a pretty "chyl" guy. Some have even referred to him as cool, rad, and one person even went as far as to say "hey! is your core body temperature 0 degrees Kelvin? because you are chill af".

Yo the same thing happened to me! Ordered outsiders on 2/14 STILL haven't shipped. Also the fact I can't get ahold of them really sketches me out.

Yeah they prob won't reply. I emailed them 3 times over the past week and they've not responded yet. Just looking at the status of my order it still says requested as well so I don't think they've shipped.

Update: I heard from a few people that Surface went out of business. I went to the bank and filed a dispute and will be getting my money back next tuesday or wednesday. If any of you were planning on buying surface skis from their website with causwell and joystick I would strongly advise against it!

I wish their american site would give you some inclination that they were closed. A little unprofessional in my opinion, maybe even borderline. But hey they are going out of business

you can buy surfaces all over the internet..... Just don't buy them from surface... Evo ebay and even amazon

that is how the chyl people get the super bent skis

Don’t worry, surface is back in business. If you ordered this season from the website you should get your skis, not sure how long it takes though

Not enough people were buying skis for them to be profitable so they took a year off to restructure and then came back this season
