Replying to The year 3000

In the last 100 years our technology has advanced greatly, its taken leaps and bounds that we couldnt have forseen. This doesnt mean that people didnt pridict, through popular mediums like movies and magazines, what everything would be like in the year 2000. Most of them were off... we dont have hover cars or personal jet packs or colonies on the moon. But we do have technologies like computers and cell phones that would have been just as far fetched to the people 100 years ago. Im just asking what you think the state of technology is going to be in the year 3000. Will technoogies that we cant even begin to imagin now? or will our technology advance to a point where it cant advance any further, what would that point be?
