Yesterday i had a ski meet at my local hill, and it was between GS and Slalom. So I put on my PE's and took acouple runs, I had been getting strange looks from the ski patroll during those runs, and i was coming down to take them off and all of a sudden a ski patroller runs out in front of me, and starts swearing at me, telling me that the hill is closed and if im not racing i need to get off of the hill. I explained to him that i was a racer and i was just taking some ski runs between races he told me to 'get the fuck inside and we're going to see the mangement.' I said my dad is my ski coach and you can go and talk to him if you dont believe me. Then he proceded to pull my ticket because i was 'talking back' and he 'marched' me inside to talk to the owner. Now my dad and the owner are good friends, they are both financed by the same bank and they met through the bank several years ago, and he also knows me very well, when i take my girlfriend skiing he gets me her rentals for free. So we went into his office, and the ski patroller got chewed out by the owner saying i was a 'valued' customer and i was here racing. The patroller apologized and bought me a new ticket. I was so frustrated because by the time all this was done i had missed GS, and my dad was furious because he didint know where i was. I hate ski patrollers, well some of them. Ohh yeah, and the guy was like, this is too bad, we both ride twin tips, but if you just learned to obey the rules then this would all be solved. The guy was like 60 and rode brand new 720's, i can guarentee he had never stepped foot in a park with the intentions of hitting a jump. Anyways, thats my frustrating story of the day...
i dont really have a life, but i am lazy. and i got sick of weeding through all you peoples shit cause... basically im smarter than you.
