Lineup looking real good as always. Was hoping this would be the year that a 178 bibby would come around, but looks like thats not the case :(
Any thoughts on this? I'm sure there are a lot of us out there who are too big for a 174 but too small for the 184. I'm 5'7 for reference

We don't have any plans to change the Bibby for the coming years in terms of sizes. Sounds like the 174 might work for you but if you're really confident with your ability the 184 might not be a bad idea. Early rise in the tip and tail help the ski feel shorter without sacrificing length.
Granted he is an amazing skier, our founder Casey is ~ 5' 10" and skis the 190 Bibby.

May just have to give the 184 a go then, I generally like to ride my skis just behind center so it would probably work out.
I have an older pair of 178 night trains now that are starting to feel a bit on the short side.

Thanks guys, as usual there's some stuff that we miss with the initial launch but we'll get them fixed. Also, as of recently we've decided to discontinue the vice. We might replace it with something else, we might not, haven't decided yet.
Finally bibby tour graphic is so sick! If only it was black mountains on white skis, not the opposite... Black touring skis are not really very practical as on sunny days they warm up and snow sticks to the top.

The Bibby is a powder ski, so in theory if you're touring in the regular season in some deep snow that won't be an issue. I toured on them all last season in pow and hot spring days and never noticed an issue; the topsheets are really smooth with a linear texture and snow glides right off. If that's something you're really conscious about the Deathwish tour is a more practical all conditions ski with a primarily white graphic.

That sounds pretty fun...ive always wanted a stupid soft 100ish underfoot ski for may park laps at squaw. Keep us updated on how they ride!

Saho3914So are the skis David Wise rode in copper gonna be mass produced or just one offs for him?
We are also not sure if we want to mass produce his ski. It is definitely a beast. Earlier on in the prototyping phase David suggested a build we made as a better mass market ski. Same camber and sidecut but softer than the burly skis he is on. He is a big strong dude that needs a ton of ski.
We will be doing a more formal release of our partnership soon talking about the crazy ski development process, his comp season and the Olympics.
