ZachStacyI have done rails a couple of times but they kinda freak me out. I have been learning on a cuban with a small urban. I dont know why and this might make me sound like a puss but every time im coming up to the rail i bail. anyone no what i should do about this. do i just need to man up?
SkianPWhen I learned (in rear mounted non twin tips) I had trouble committing and not sliding off the far side. It may sound, and mind you be, lame, but try hopping on from taking off with one foot on either side of the rail so you land directly on it with out sliding off to the side. Also make sure you are landing with your skis fully 90 degrees and a shoulder width apart. Other than this, yes, just grow a pair, it gets better.
